If you are not completely happy with your purchase I will be heart broken but my priority will be to find a solution so you will have up to 14 days after receipt in which to return your item, you will be offered either a refund or exchange amounting to the cost of or over the item bought (including the shipping cost) as long as the item is returned to me in it's original packaging. Once I have received the item I will process the refund.
